He is an iranian boy (جواد فروغي but I'm not sure about his name) , the man behind him is also iranian and I'v seen him several times in iranian TV. Mr. Umit Hussein Nejad is obviously another good guy and you can search his recitations.

Then from 4:25 to the end he recited Surah Al-Kauther (Abundance).
